🖤 Will I have to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees?

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import charges that may be incurred upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

Each set includes:

• 20 handmade press-on nails
• Nail glue
• Adhesive tabs
• Nail file
• Nail buffer
• Cuticle stick
• Alcohol wipe

Everything needed for prep and application is included.

🖤 How does sizing work?

Most sets come in a 20-piece sizing system, meaning you receive 2 of every size for easier fitting and flexibility.

Available sizing options include:

• Standard Sizes: 0–9 (2 of each size)
• Kid Sizes: 5–9
• Queen Sizes: wider sizing options that typically range from 00–6, with some shapes and lengths also including 000

This sizing system is beginner-friendly and helps reduce the stress of custom sizing.

Queen Sizes are designed for wider nail beds and clients who usually struggle with standard sizing.

Queen sizing includes larger size options beginning at 00, and depending on the nail shape and length, some sets may also include 000 sizing for an even better fit.

🖤 Are your nails handmade?

Yes! Every set is handmade and hand-painted. Slight variations may occur, especially with:

• Chrome
• Aura nails
• Airbrush effects
• Charms
• Rhinestones
• Abstract art
• Marble designs

Each set is wearable art and made with care.

🖤 What is your processing time?

Made-to-order sets typically have a 10–14 business day processing time before shipping.

Add on a “Rush my order” in the add on section for an additional fee for dispatch within 5 days from purchase.

Ready-to-ship sets are already completed and ship much faster.

Please allow additional time for heavily detailed or full-bling sets.

🖤 What are ready-to-ship nails?

Ready-to-ship sets are pre-made designs that are already completed and packaged.

These ship out faster and are usually limited quantity.

🖤 Once my order ships, how long will delivery take?

Shipping times vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Ontario: approximately 2–6 business days
• Canada-wide: approximately 4–10 business days
• United States: approximately 5–12 business days
• International: approximately 1–6+ weeks depending on destination and customs

Please note these are estimated shipping timelines and are not guaranteed once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

🖤 What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once packages are shipped and accepted by the postal carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

🖤 Are rhinestones and charms secure?

Yes! Charms and rhinestones are applied using professional nail products for durability. However, because they are handmade wearable art, excessive water exposure or rough use may loosen embellishments over time.

🖤 How long do press-ons last?

Wear time depends on application, lifestyle, and nail prep.

• Adhesive tabs: approximately 1–3 days
• Nail glue: with proper prep and application, many clients keep their sets on for anywhere from 3–5 weeks

Proper prep makes a huge difference in longevity.

🖤 Why won’t my nails stay on?

Proper nail prep is extremely important for long-lasting wear.

Natural nail oils, lotion, water exposure before application, improper prep, or incorrect sizing can affect retention and wear time.

Prep instructions are included with every order to help ensure the best application possible.

🖤 Can I reuse my nails?

Yes! Many sets can be reused if removed carefully and cleaned properly after wear.

🖤 Do you offer custom sets?

🖤 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-ons, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out via Instagram at @mgnailsco and provide your order number so I can best assist you.

🖤 Will all designs look exactly the same on every shape and length?

Some designs may appear slightly different depending on the selected shape and length.

Placement of charms, patterns, airbrush details, chrome, and artwork may be adjusted to best suit the nail shape while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the set.

🖤 Will my set look exactly like the photos?

Made-to-order sets are handmade recreations of the pictured design and may vary slightly from the listing photos.

Minor differences in lighting, charm placement, finger design placement, marble patterns, chrome effects, and other handmade details may occur. While the overall aesthetic and design will remain the same, each set is unique and will not be an exact one-to-one replica.
